Decisions from the May 17, 2012 BOA meeting

are as follows:

 

A-12-13 - Daniel and Rachel Wissler: This application was WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT prior to the public hearing.

 

A-12-14 - JPM Contracting (Owner: Ernest and Olivia Boyer) The applicant seeked variances from the requirement that an accessory structure shall not be located in the front yard or front setback of any parcel unless the accessory structure is located at least 100 ft. from the front property line and/or side street line and from the 25% maximum allowable impervious surface coverage to enable the construction of a detached garage.  These requests were given MODIFIED APPROVAL to applow the garage at 25' from the R-O-W of Andrews Lake Rd. and a maximum of 30% of impervious coverage.

 

A-79-34 - Edward Bailey:  The applicant wished to remove a condition the Board placed onthe property from it's approval in 1979.  The condition stated “That lot #1 and lot #2 as established by this application and as shown on the Board’s exhibit A, dated June 13, 1979, may not be sold or transferred as individual building lots, separate from one another.” The granted to APPROVE the removal of this condition with the requirement that an easement for access to the rear lot must be recorded.
