A-12-15 Matt Straughn (Owners: James L. Jr. and Margaret W. Pryor) seeks a variance from the required 25 foot front setback and the 25 foot rear setback for a lot that does not have state-maintained road frontage to allow the construction of a single family dwelling.

A-12-16 Robert L. and Robin R. Hayes seek a variance from the requirement that an accessory structure, enclosure, coop, or run used to house or shelter or sell fowl or livestock other than a domestic (pet) animal shall be located at least 50 feet from the side lot line and 100 feet from any dwelling located on an adjoining lot to enable the construction of a horse enclosure.
