RECEIVER OF TAXES & TREASURER FUNCTION:
The Kent County Receiver of Taxes office is responsible for the collections and distribution of County, school, library and ditch taxes, special community liens, Inspections and Enforcement liens, trash, street lights and sewer fees. The office issues mobile home certification letters , administers the senior tax credit program for the State and provides assistance to the community's legal representatives and title searchers.

Please note: All Senior School Property Tax Credit applications must meet statewide deadline of September 1 st and be accompanied with the following:

1. Proof of Age (Drivers License or Birth Certificate).

2. Separate applications for all qualified joint property owners
