Biography
Commissioner Robert J. Scott, 4th Levy Court District Representative is serving his first term.
A lifelong resident of Kent County for 53 years, Commissioner Scott has lived in Magnolia, Woodside, and in his current Harrington residence since 1992. He married Christina Scott in 1993 and is a proud father of four; Kristin, Robert, Danielle, and Erika, and grandfather of three; Ronnie, Jaden, and Isabella.
Commissioner Scott was employed by Townsend Bros. Chevrolet in 1989 and was a Manager there from 1994 until his departure in 2006. Since then, Commissioner Scott has been a small business owner.
Commissioner Scott's way of giving back to the community is by serving as a Volunteer with 30 plus active years with the Houston Vol. Fire Co. His past positions include Fire Chief, President, Vice President, Secretary, and EMS Chairman.
Commissioner Scott enjoys spending time with family and helping others.
