Online Permits Portal

As of January 11, 2021, a new online permitting portal was launched.

You can register by creating a username and password at www.mygovernmentonline.org to apply for your Building Permits and Sewer Permits online. It’s easy, fast, and secure, and your information will be saved so you can save time the next time you go online to apply for a new permit.

1. Create a new user account on MyGovernmentOnline.

While it may take a few minutes to initially set up an account in the system, renewing or repurchasing a permit will be easier than before. Beginning Jan. 11, 2021, please visit www.mygovernmentonline.org to set up an account to apply for your permit. After business hours you may leave a voicemail that will be answered the next day.

2. Apply for a new permit once logged into MyGovernmentOnline.

Please note:  Permits can be paid for with check, charge card or cash.  Customers can pay for their permits online via this website with credit cards or ACH check.  There will be a non-refundable service fee for Charge Card or ACH Payment and will appear as a separate charge on your Charge Card or Bank Statement.
