About the KYSL
Beginning in the spring 2020, the Delaware Union Soccer Club partnered with Kent County Parks and Recreation to create a new Recreational Soccer League in Dover. This exciting new venture, is now called the Kent Youth Soccer League (KYSL) and is entirely operated by Kent County Park and Recreation.
The KYSL was established to increase the opportunity for youth recreational soccer players in Kent County. This recreational soccer program offers levels of play for all youth ages 4 through 18, who want to gain experience in the game through skill work, team training, and organized games. Levels of play will be broken into the following age brackets: U4 (ages 2 and 3), U6 (ages 4 and 5), U8 (ages 6 and 7), U10 (ages 8 & 9), U12 (ages 10 & 11), U14 (ages 12 & 13), U19 (ages 14, 15, 16, 17). For specific information about each age bracket, refer to the League Info Page.
The KYSL is committed to providing all players with quality coaching, well-maintained facilities, and an equitable and enjoyable league experience.
Mission Statement:
Create and administer a quality recreational youth soccer league by providing an inclusive, safe, affordable and fun environment.
