A "Register's Order" is posted to inform the public that an Estate has been opened. Any claim/claims must be filed within eight months of the date of death of the decedent. Claims are filed on a STATEMENT OF CLAIM form with the Register of Wills Office. The most recent Register's Orders are posted below for your convenience. In the event you cannot locate the estate of decedent in the postings and would like us to conduct an estate search on your behalf; Please complete and return the ESTATE SEARCH form along with $5.00 search fee to our office. Allow three to five days for results to be returned.
